Our program welcomes at least 150 students each year to our awards show, including 20 Best Actor and Actress nominees, our 35-45 Directors Choice Chorus members, and the cast members from the five productions that will arrive on our stage. We feed all of them while they are with us and house those who come from out of town.
Of course, we also send adjudicators to all the schools participating with us, anywhere in the state. We put on a production in Popejoy Hall with a professional crew. And we send our two nominees to New York to participate in the Jimmy Awards. Your support will help us keep these students housed, fed, and focused.
