The first 20 high schools completing applications will be guaranteed participation.
Schools Any public, private, or charter high school adhering to the official rules for eligibility listed by the national program (Jimmy Awards) may apply. Shows and roles in our awards program must be eligible for the Jimmy Awards. If the show you want to do or the role you want adjudicated does not appear on the Jimmy Awards' official eligibility list, we can appeal for you. First check the list of shows and/or roles that are not eligible for appeal. If your show or role is not on the list, you may submit your appeal to us on your school registration form (available soon). We will not appeal a show or role submitted by an individual student. Please allow an extra month for an appeal process once we have your request and the information we need. Students All students performing in their school’s show must be currently enrolled in school. Both graduating seniors and underclassmen are eligible. Homeschool students are eligible if they perform with a participating high school. Middle school or younger students participating in the production are not eligible for adjudication regardless of their role. Award show rehearsals are a requirement for participation in the individual awards. Students must agree to be available for the rehearsal periods noted on the student registration form to participate in the Enchantment Awards and the Jimmy Awards. |
